Please (in detail) describe the incident
So i was out on patrol with NCA, and we where called to athira bank, during which, lingling was at the bank robbing it. When we arrived SI Curley was talking to him and then he threatened us and a war broke out, we tazed him and where able to either taze / kill all his friends, after that we where going to put him in the car and take him back to PD, before we where able to do so he vanished and logged off right in front of me, there was no kick message just that he had disconnected so i presume he just logged off to aviod doing jail time. I then tried to look for this guy on teamspeak to ask him anything but he wasn't on or i couldn't find him.
