Please (in detail) describe the incident: Quite clear from the clip Logan was very discriminative regarding one of our mambers Hailee, not the first time he has done this and now its going here as i have no time for people who try to put others down.

In liason Logan showed no care in the world and said report it im getting banned anyway, but his friend even told him he cant go around saying this, The person he is referring to is most likely a police officer or our gang member Hailee, either or its not acceptable at all.

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report. As you have put above the our rule C1.2 Discrimination "(C1.2) Discrimination - Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban."

Whilst yes there is no place for these things in our community the clip you have provided is very small. This appears to be a phone call in which they are talking about another player. After having a discussion with other members from the staff team we feel that this is not in breach of C1.2, whilst yes the word is offensive we also permit other offensive words to be said. This does not mean we will tolerate its use extensively and maliciously however, saying the term 'tranny' in this context does not fall under C1.2.

If the player was repeatedly saying the word with malicious intent and you had also asked them to stop doing so then this would be where the C1.2 rule would come into play. Quoted from a previous staff member "While we work our best to rid the community of those with clear intent of malic, expressing their discriminatory views , we can unfortunately not oversee every situation as they take place'. This is very true and myself and other members of the staff team don't believe this falls under C1.2 to the extend where it would be malicious and then being justifiable for a permanent ban.

With that being said, this report will be declined. Thank you for taking the time to make a report.
