I was driving back to Kavala after going to the prison, as I was coming through Agios, someone came out of a bush and very quickly said "stop the car or I'll shoot" (or something of that nature). He then immediately shot my tires without giving me a chance to stop, and killed me without saying another word. I couldn't resolve it with him as I couldn't find him on ts, and he conveniently disconnected from the server minutes after he killed me.

Based on the video provided, it's very clear that the initiation provided was extremely poor. Not only was there nothing more than "Stop the car or you will be shot", no time at all was given for @Tampy to comply with the given demand.

At no point was any form of quality role play given, nor was enough time given to comply with the demand. It's clear to me that you've clearly chosen to either disregard the rules or chosen not to read them in the first place, ignorance is unfortunately no excuse.
