Right, ill try keep a long story short.

First this happened in laundry:

From this i expect nothing, it just paints a picture. We stay in persuit of the hellcat and the hummingbird that luciano was in as we wanted to speak to him about shooting from outside the zone. He set up on the top of that hill with no regard for the redzone, he missed a hell of a lot. I decided to try talk to the people from the hellcat to get there friend to land to which they initiated on me in there house which we found out later. As soon as i got they there initiated, one thing let to another and i had to kill the two from the house and then the third "luciano" on the hill when he decamped.

After he was on the floor saying to come to TS which we went too and they never showed I executed him then this happened:

After i execute him, skip too 2 minutes 40 seconds. Thats when it shows he breaks NLR and also VDM's me.

I don't really know what to say here. I'm a little speechless at that final vdm there, let alone the clear shooting outside of the red zone. 
While I feel this shows a pattern of rule breaking there isn't enough clear evidence to indicate that there wasn't a prior situation based on the footage that prompted this shooting. 

That is not to say I disbelieve you, but that I feel that as much context as possible must be provided for situations such as these. That said, there is more than enough context for the breaking of NLR and subsequent Ceaser fueled VDM and I see no alternative for this player other than a ban in this case.
