Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good Evening,

I am reporting this on behalf of others. but I was also invlolved.

This clip shows CJ using the elevator while he is downed and we believe this was to try and get away from us and is a clear expolit of the game mechanic as you should not be able to use this while you are on the floor. Further to this he is then rezzed by the medic and has two guns pointed at him and again uses the elevator again to go down and try and run he then runs into 3 further grove downstairs and tries to run away while Grove are screaming at him to put his hands up. Its not untill CJ gets into a car and tries to escape that he is shot.

This is a blatent attempt to avoid losing his gun and try and not RP with grove.

after speaking in QE last night I thought we had reached an agreement that it was a misunderstanding as if your down and someone drops you off at pill you can third eye the doctor to check in, is this not the same? I apologised for doing it and hold my hands up when u informed me it was a rule break. I think to safe to say I thought it was settled in QE the whilst Leroy was present

I informed you in QE that it was a rule break and yes. But there is also the NVL element to this and I am reporting this on behalf of my gang as they have asked me too.
 
whilst in QE you told me u had already seen the clip so why not mention it then? i know it doesn't look good but when i asked the medic to see a doctor he should of done exactly that. I'm not excusing the nvl from me getting back in the lift, i shouldn't of done it and hold my hands up. but as i explained to you in QE i got in the lift to RP with your gang members and was not to try and keep any weapons at all i thought they would follow me in the lift. with what happened with the medic was why i got back in the lift as i saw that as combat revive. i asked in LOOC and had no response so i got in the lift. i then asked you in QE which u replied 'no'. im sorry if your gangs immersion was ruined by my actions and hold my hands up
