Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were all just having a laugh chilling around turf waiting for the next hotspot, next minute i see a mara car going down turf called it out on radio then started randomly getting shot from them. As you can see in my clip i didn't even have a gun on me they was no interaction from a marabunta member. the only interaction we had between mara that day was between 10 and half 11 set up on turf waiting for them we tried too call them but they were all unavailable so we assumed they all went too sleep. Then roughly 2hours later they appeared out of no were most off them were out of colours and rdm without any interaction. this happened around 1am

Hello Darren,

It's a shame this has come to a report as this was discussed during a QE with a couple of Grove. From my understanding, you were not present during this conversation to talk about this matter.

The time that you mention about Grove and Mara having an interaction was in fact at 11:30, which was a phone call from Ramsey. Our next interaction was us following up with Ramsey's demand of pushing Grove, which occurred at around 12:30. As discussed during the QE.

As you can see from this clip, Ramsey was saying about Mara not pushing. Listening to this interaction with Ramsey you can clearly tell that Grove wanted Mara to push. If I'm not mistaken, this was not for a BBQ or some form of friendly conversation. Ramsey was in fact bragging about the 2 wins Grove had against Mara, forgetting the 10+ fights we have won prior. From this clip you have provided we can understand how it looks like RDM, however, if you were to include all information about the ongoing beef, interactions we've had and the multiple fights us and Grove have had in the past week then I'm sure we can clear this up as not being RDM.

You mention that you were 'chilling around turf' and that you 'didn't even have a gun'. I believe this was showing a lack of preparation on your side, as you know Mara and Grove have a beef. I'm not too sure if Ramsey passed on the information about the phone call he had with Mara but as you can see from our side, this was/should have been expected from Grove. Prior to this phone call, we had Ramsey on the phone again saying 'If you come down to Grove, it's on sight'. As a fellow E-Gangster, I'm sure you can understand that this was hinting towards a shootout. (In reference to the clip provided below)

I must also mention the highlighted time from your end. In my opinion, this phone call didn’t carry a 10 minute expiry. I understand that if this had been the following day, then the interaction would have needed to happen again in respect of RP. However, Mara’s reaction to Ramsey’s condescending phone call happened just an hour later, which in my view keeps it within valid RP.

You say this was not the following day but this incident happened over 2 hours after that call. In which time the entire of mara had logged off. It is then over 2 hours later you decide to push Grove with 0 RP and try to get the easy win. This is clearly RDM as no quality roleplay was provided prior to shooting all of Grove. This will be for staff to decide as we clearly are not going to agree.

I'd like to highlight the fact that the time between the phone call and Mara pushing was not two hours. However, at what point would the hostility created over the phone by yourself have ended? In most people's eyes, this is a continuation of the ongoing beef Mara and Grove have had over the past two weeks or so.

As stated before, if this were to be the following day, we understand that perhaps another interaction, like a phone call, would have been required. However, the time gap wasn’t exactly large. In a situation where someone says 'If you come to my turf, then I’ll shoot you' we expect that if we come to your turf, we're going to get shot.

As discussed in QE with yourself, it has always been a grey area when it comes to RDM during an ongoing beef. It's subjective as to what is classed as enough RP before a shootout, especially when no war rules are present. However, Mara and Grove have initiated fights through phone calls since this beef started and this situation seemed no different.

It's unfortunate to see you tag yourself into this report, as last night you seemed pretty happy with the discussion in QE. However, you did say 'I can’t stop my boys from reporting'

We're all a bit confused about what led to your decision that the hostility had become stale after the phone call. From our perspective, this situation was simply a continuation of the RP that was initiated by yourself moments earlier. It was an ongoing scenario that had not been deescalated or concluded in any way.

With knowledge of an ongoing beef, Grove being comfy on their turf with no gun only makes the situation look worse, as it comes across as unexpected. But as you said last night in QE, you will be 'talking to him about having no gun during a beef whilst on Grove turf'

We feel that the fight was fully justified given the context of the situation. I must highlight the fact that this is an ongoing beef which has consisted of around 15 gunfights, Tweedle beef and a little bit of shit talking in person. This was not Mara pulling up to some random turf and letting shots off, as most will understand. This is edging into an official war.

I can't help but notice that you've skipped over parts of my reply. Your response seems more emotionally driven than reasonable, as you didn't address all the points I provided. This makes it difficult to find common ground.

I found your response slightly unprofessional. However, I couldn't help but notice your second sentence. 'The above is an absolute lie.'
Could you clarify which part of my reply you believe to be untrue? If possible, please reread my message and highlight the areas you think are inaccurate.
I would also appreciate a reasonable response to the points I raised. For example, 'At what point would the hostility created over the phone by yourself have ended?'

The phone call took place at 22:42 and lasted around 10 minutes, bringing us to 22:52. Mara had agreed that we would regroup at 12:00 pm.(proof in the picture provided) Since 90% of Mara had already been prepared for this push, we would have wasted little to no time getting ready. We then proceeded to push you.

I'll avoid from mentioning the reason this ended in a gunfight, as I've already explained that in detail above.
