Name and/or ID of the player(s) you are reporting: Marcel. Player ID 149

Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP

Date of the incident: 06/14/21

Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 19

What best describes this incident ?: RDM 3 people, no RP involved and threatening with a gun before hand too

Please (in detail) describe the incident: encountered him earlier in the day as I came back from being away from the computer, He was pointing a gun at me and standing close to the front of the car. I drive and turn away from him and must have brushed past him as he later said I ran him over... When the actual accident occurred me and two others were fishing he pulls up on a bike ask if my names Adam and just shoots me in the car and then my friend, he then picks me up puts me in the car and drives me into the sea so its harder to be retrieved and waste even more time. I eventually get rescued and the guy who picks me up then also gets shot for trying to help me by the same exact guy who shot me and my friend. This also resulted in the third guy who got shot being stuck in the sand and then having to wait ages to be resuscitated. I did not get the player ID as it happened but later after the server had reset my friend who also got shot then obtained his player ID as of 14.06.2021 and at the time of 20:35:04 which is the player ID I have filled in above.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

Would you have a video or screenshot where it is showing the session ID of the individual that is being reported that matches the time with the video that you have provided above?

Hi, I only have the Player ID after the reset which can be seen in the second video, his friends even say it was him that done it. I had no idea about the player ID key binding so couldn't get it in the first video, I can provide the time of the second video so the player ID can be matched up then but I don't have it from the first video as I think it was pretty much my first day and wasn't clued up on it.

If you would be able to provide me with the time of the second video, I will look into it if I am able to confirm who it is.

Keep in mind for future reference to use the show session id function when reporting someone and to include this in your player report.

Hi, The date and time of the second video is 14th June and 20:34(BST). In the second video you can see at 27 seconds the player ID of 149 and at 1:18 you see the friend laughing and saying it was the player ID 149

Thank you for providing me with that information.

The person who shot you in the first video is Marcel Roberto.

From what I can see, he asks if you are Adam where you then proceed to go in your car. Marcel then immediately grabs his firearm and starts shooting at you without any order being given or proper role-play scenario being provided whatsoever.

The least he could have done is told you to stay where you are and don't move a muscle, which wasn't done in this case.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

I will be giving Marcel Roberto a 24h ban in accordance with the FairBanSystem.

24 Hour ban under rule : (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)

Action taken.
