He ran up to me as I was inside of my choper with the engine on, I noticed he is shouting and yelling "Get out or I shoot" as son as he got to the choper's side window he single shoted me down and refused to come to the ts or any attempts of communication, as he also Broke rp and started talking about TS in voice chat.
I sent him 3 pms in OOC chat with content of "@Markas Kalabasas come to SOS liason please", 1 in game message trying to solve it ourself but he kept ignoring me and went on to scrap my humming bird, which is just 225K and I can't care less about it but it showed that he just wanted to stick it to me and that's why I went on and reported him.

I know he dosen't know how to roleplay and I am ok with that if he would improve, but what was over the line was his attiude that he didn't even want to improve himself or findout if he is actully in the right or wrong of this situation and he was going around doing it to other people aswell.

@dopefish, In future no you may not comment on player reports without contacting a staff member first requesting it alongside having actual evidence at which point the staff member will likely instead make a hidden comment for the staff dealing with reports. 

Anyway, this player is already banned for teleporting on his original account and decided to ban evade on this account which I banned awhile ago. I will be adding this to it since after watching the video he admits to what he says and does and considering his two bans now I am quite sure there is nothing else missing from what he said and has a complete lack of regard for our rules, and as such not someone we want at all. And after looking through his account again I see he had tried to ban evade again... Certainly not someone we want and as such...
