We had just set up a road block outside npas and we told this guy to get out of his truck or we will kill him, we had been following him and needed to get gear to sell for the houses we just bought. we chase him for 2mins then he stops randomly here, thats when the video starts and you can see it says Matthews losing connection in the bottom left, can upload better quality/longer if needed
