I was in Pyrgos in the middle of a situation with armed gunmen robbing another person together with Woods, Woods got shot and it was just me left, i detained several people and let those go due to the last gunman having vanished and me, being alone not being able to control the situation further. In the middle of that Matthew kept interfering by staying close even though i do not know where the gunman went and if he was affiliated so i told him to move away several times.

He didn't listen and eventually started to call me a Cunt, so i detained him and was about to give him a 200k fine, i escorted him to the ATM, untied him and he just proceeded to run circles around me, all the while insulting me and saying he is recording, i ended up KOing him and tieing him up again. As the situation was over and Woods' NLR timer was up i met Woods halfway and but Matthew into our MB4WD, i said execution wasnt good enough for him due to his clear FailRP, since the situation was very chaotic i had not taken his comms and gps off of him, so we stopped our car and did that.

After we set him off at the coast, we shot his legs and left him to walk back into civilization, but actually just aborted to the lobby mere 16 seconds after us leaving him, and after a few minutes he had rejoined and bought a borderpass.

Sadly my Shadowplay did not catch the entire thing due to the limit i but on the recording time, but i managed to catch him doing nothing but verbally abusing us, FailRPing by disconnecting AND teleporting by rejoining to get back to civilization.

After that situation i logged off to render this video, and in the meantime Woods actually managed to find Matthew ingame and asked him to come to TS, Matthew declined and so i am left with no choice but to report this

First off all i want to say that we a are really sorry for the time it took for this to get dealt with. A small commnication mishap.

Now onwards to the point.
He is roleplaying with you in the sense that hes providing RP. Quality ? Well, ive seen better.
He does say he's filming an all that but we all dos ay that in qierd and curious ways. I would say FailRP in that sense.

BUT; He does Abort to lobby, and then suddenly i gets a border pass.
It would have taken him alot longer to run from said area to whatever place he got a border pass.
This is very very clear to be to be honest this is a break of the rule: 
(2.11) Teleporting, Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or are stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban.


Today our friend here will be banned for 2.11.
