Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Banjo Johnson as PD-1 arrived on scene to a shop alarm to find player ID 297 robbing the cash register, Upon searching 297 he had an ID of a Robert Hozae, I cannot confirm if 297 is the said character but he was holding the ID card. on route to Sandy PD to process he had disappeared. when we arrived at the station he was no longer in the vehicle. I reached out in OOC but with no response.
