The user metagamed in chat describing where we're at the cocaine field, we were not going to initially report this person until he constantly flamed us in chat and said he was going to report us. The situation began when he accused us of not using tracers to warning shot his orca, although we have videos and its not relevant to this report

The user showed no sign of wanting to resolve this situation at all other than reporting us.

He has had his time to reply and has not. Using OOC which stands for out of character to send in character messages is against the rules this is because you just announced to the whole server they are at coccaine which you can't do, Also he is threaten to report which is also against the rules so a ban has been issued today.

Rules Broke - 

(4.1) Side Chat - Using intelligence gained on side chat to influence actions in game. Punishment is a kick/ban. 

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
