After engaging in a gunfight with Outcast, I rubbered and restrained Mickey Finn. I was killed not long after and as soon as I die, he starts killing people. Exploiting the fact his cuffs magically fell off.

When attempting to resolve the situation with Pope Chris and Robbie, he seemed completely disinterested in the fact he was being accused of breaking a rule, and at one point went completely silent when I explained how it was exploiting.

Any other other footage where we could see how he get freed from his cuffs, and with sound?

The only footage I have is what I've shown you, sound adds nothing but ear cancer from the Police comms but can show if need be. You can see in chat after I die that he kills someone, and it only took him the time to unholster his gun to kill his first victim. There was no other rebels near the compound at the time, not close enough to 'unrestrain' him in the time. @Robbieeand @Pope Chriswere both present at the time of resolution and he gave no reason as to why he was out of restraints. Not once did he explain that a colleague broke him out.
