was on patrol leaving the HMP saw a man on the side of the road north of HMP with an MXC next to a zamak and a dead civ on the road, stopped my vehicle SPC Qetz and i jumped out and issued compliance, he refused to follow compliance and was tazed and restrained, followed through with an investigation told him i would have to ticket him 28k and confiscate the weapon he initially complied, Air rescue arrived and administered first aid to the dead civilian on the road, turns out they are friends and were doing a "copper run" he asked me if he could keep his clothes after coming out of prison i told him nope after you sentence is served you will be given a standard pair of polo shirt and shorts with sandals, so he agreed on the ticket of 28k, but as i was about to issue him the ticket i got shot in the head by his friend, after the situation was over, i asked him if could have a word with him and his friend in the liaison room, he came around, but turns out his friend in game is his brother and they are sitting and playing in the same room, i told him that if this matter gets taken to the forum it does not look good for you or your brother he replied by saying "i dont think my brother cares" when i asked him that the rules say you have to initiate he said he did initiate by saying "can you unrestrain me" as you can see in the vid he did say that and before the sentence was finished i was killed. i told him on TS it was not initiation and he should go back and read the server rules he believed it was sufficient.

My side of the story is that me and my brother were getting iron, we came back and my car desynced into his causing him to die, the medics and police came and caught me with an illegal firearm. I was tazed and restrained by Foxhound and the medics revived my brother. By this point all was good, then he asked what my name was, what I was doing and why did I have an illegal firearm. I RP'ed well and so did he. Then because he wanted my weapon I told him that if he didn't stop/let me go there would be trouble (this is shown at 2:30 in the video). He didn't listen and so my brother (James Choke) Shot him. I was unrestrained and the other officer tazed my brother and restrained him he then ran behind my vehicle and threatened me to drop the gun. I defended myself and shot him since the fire fight had started. I then left my brother and I got chased, smashed, surrendered and sent to jail. Because FoxHound thought this was RDM as my RP initiation of "please stop/let me go otherwise there is going to be trouble" was apparently not good enough and therefore classed it as RDM. He then ignored server rules because of this and called in backup even tho dead. So If anything I would say I deserve comp for my stuff as I had full rebel load out but I will sort that out after. I was then messaged by FoxHound for me to come onto TeamSpeak I said ok and I cooperated seeming I thought apart from using coms when dead it was fine. Instead of sorting the situation he decided to just be aggressive towards me and just argue with me and have a go rather than trying to sort the problem (I wish I recorded this). When I tried to explain my story he just laughed and didn't want to listen and said he would report it on the forums. I may also add that I continued roleplay throughout the entire scenario however as much as I tired FoxHound Ignored me until we got to the prison and only then were my rights read. I was then told that "we don't like people like you" asked if I needed food or drink (probably the only part of the procedure of my arrest which he followed. Also as far as im aware he respawned and also therefore broke NLR. At the end of the day All I see against server rules was using coms on death, NLR and Fail RP when ignoring me and instead of trying to sort this as I was willing to, he just had a go at me which is a shame it had to come to this. FoxHound also laughed at me when I tried saying what my initiation was and he said I should of said exactly "if you don't put your hands behind your head your going to be shot" which is obviously stupid because obviously the only person to shoot them is my brother so they would have tazed him before he could bat an eyelid. Even though I did warn them of it anyway just not so full on obvious. I hope no action is taken on this report as I am thoroughly enjoying my time as a medic and also a rebel. My gear I don't mind if it means that this can be resolved and put aside which I hope it can as I believe a big deal was made out of something rather small as coming back from an Iron Run. FoxHound also when being shot said "What the fuck are you doing" and then his mic cut out cause he was dead. I believe he handed the situation quite badly but I just want this to be resolved. Thank you.

I have spoken to several people about this and I do accept this to be RDM, weather I would agree to it or not its server rules. I take full responsibility for James Choke as he has just returned to Arma 3 and so was new to the server. It was my fault he shot fox as I didn't initiate properly and therefore he panicked. I accept any punishment I am given and I hope James can be left with a warning. Cheers Guys

Action taken against James Choke, He is the one that shot without saying, not allowing time for compliance to be issued which I suspect mike jhonson was in the process of doing which is why no action will be taken against him.
