Well we where checking the seller if there are campers and then this car pulls up and one of them jumps out and starts shooting without saying anything
even his friend says "you cant just shoot to that car" we tryed to solve this issue but he denied everything his friends are oke we had a talk on teamspeak and they comped me for the gear but this report is only for the person thats jumps out the car and starts shooting. "Mitch"

Oh dear....

Just watching this video 3times just hurts my eyes. This is an issue we do not like to see around here. Did he even read the rules before playing here? 

Its seem RP is a unknown phrase for him, hopefully he can explain himself very soon.

I would like to know if he came hear just to shoot, bang,bang around here or if this is seriously his RP?

After digging further, I am to believe that you stole his car and that is the reason why he opened fire. As your video only shows  just over 1 min before they show up, it's not clear whether they'd been following you or not, looks like they were.  Can you tell me what happened prior to them arriving on scene, or can you provide a video that shows you had no hostile interactions with them at least 3 mins prior to them arriving?

in this part you see we picked someone up in kavala then went to the PD to RolePlay that the person dind't want to get out the car but it seems he logged out and poofed away for the rest and not for me. after that we were gonna check the trader to see if there are campers so we can sell our stuff in safety well then shit hits the fan. and this all happend.. i can also make a vid from the part when we stole his car and when we sa him for the last time when he started to shoot us well the video will take then almost 15-20minutes. but its must be clear in this video that there is no action in he whole time

 
Okay. You guys will be eligible for compensation, both the RDMers has already been banned for a different situation. This is RDM tho. 

But i will also use the opportunity to tell you that you might want to have another read of the rules. Giving tactical information while downed or dead is not allowed. I see that your intention by playing here is not to break rules but to have fun and we all do mistakes. I will there for issue you with a warning for it and i recommend having a read off the rules.
