As you can see through the evidence a friend of mine is just selling his diamonds and just as we're about to leave some random person turns up and then he says to the guys in the truck "Get out of the truck or i'm going to shoot" and 2 secs later he kills him and then after he kills my friend and i run... The two friends I was with did try to get him to come on teamspeak and have a chat but he didn't want to use teamspeak only a external application

Lack of RP and RDM in my eyes. Gave me no time to comply. Noticed he also has a report already on his name for same thing. After the video ends he executed me and Xeulifer 

I also asked him multiple times to come teamspeak with mainly being ignored.

As you can also see in the video there is no prior initiation i'm just calmly selling my diamonds XD
