So this guy had murdered three people and robbed someone. I and my fellow officers watched him do it. He even admitted to it afterwards (doesn't show in the video). I had already gotten pretty annoyed with this individual since he had already glitched restraints twice previously and now he was mentioning TeamSpeak and sending me a message on TeamSpeak. On the video, it also shows him attempting to drive the car away whilst having restraints on it also shows him getting out of the car multiple times with restraints on. Eventually, I ended up walking him down to the Kavala HQ where he still continued to reference the forums and TeamSpeak. I tried to find the guy and TeamSpeak after to speak with him about what he had done but I couldn't find him on TeamSpeak at the time, atleast under the name Monsif.
