I had just stolen Moses’ mohawk and killed him. He then VDM’ed the Mohawk and I with a caesar to ensure I could not take it to the scrap yard after refuelling it.

From the evidence provided it shows the Ceasar ramming into the mohawk when he had plenty of space around to avoid you. This makes me think that this was a deliberate act to destroy the Mohawk. As such a 24hr ban will be applied.
