Guy was straight up lockpicking every car in green zone. Multiple attempts at telling him to stop and sending ooc in direct, he continued to carry on. I have provided 2 clips of him doing it but i'm sure i have about another 10 times he did it on my recording. Clearly he has not read the rules, and was also a mute
