Basically my friend steals his Blackfish and I run off because I thought he might take me hostage but instead...
...All he says is "Stop or I'll shoot" and then 2 secs later he kills me. This is NOT quality RP. I called him into TS and he says that wasn't against rules and that "go ahead take it to forums."
Video shows two broken rules:
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
..."Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play" His initiation wasn't quality.

AND

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

Basically instead of “put your hands up or I will shoot” he said "stop or I will shoot"

Did you consider the fact that there is about a 20 ton VTOL flying about 50 m above us and that in real life there would be no way of hearing you as you were about 25m away, i did hear you but for RP sakes... Anyways we sorted this out and you said "take it to forums" so here I am.

I gave you 5 seconds to respond before I shot and I already threatened horrida and started to shoot at him so it was a gunfight before that anyway .

I didn't have a gun so there was no reason to shoot me even if it was "an active gunfight" It's up to the admins now.

No effort has been made from .mrsnaps to resolve the situation over Teamspeak.

Is that what you do @Michael P Murphy, play to ban? 

You acknowledge his attempts to stop you, continue running and then get shot all while laughing about it and bragging how you can get him banned. That is horrid behaviour of a member that I would expect more from.

Now, from this video, I don't see any problems from it, yes his time is short and could be better in an ideal circumstance, but you clearly heard it and failed to take warning.

@mrsnaps I will say in future try and give more time to comply, I do see that you have had an incident similar to this back in the end of January, now against what I should do I am going to be giving you a warning instead of a ban, this is the first time I've done this so don't waste it. Though I will be placing a FINAL warning on your RCON notes. 

So for you @Michael P Murphy If you want to get people banned then this is not the server for you to play on. Spending your time bragging about being able to ban someone for a rule break is dreadful. If I catch you acting that like again I will remove you from this community as this is not how we play.
