We Just Finished a Gun fight with the police.They came driving through in a hatch back . we politly told them too keep driving. Me and a friend start pick locking the police suv . i notice a guy on the roof and next minute we both get rdmed.it Was Also after 3 minutes when we told them too carry on driving. i have the 5 minute video if need be.

Here comes the essay, prepare yourselves!

First of all, @Cautioner, you say you "politely asked them to leave". Saying "Don't get out of the car or we'll spray you down" is not exactly polite is it? I could be interpreting this as you lying on a report. However, Im gonna assume you had forgotten the way you spoke to them.

And now, @MW Jay... Yes. Technically, they did initiate on you. Technically you are able to shoot them, it is not outright RDM. However, did you really have to engage them? Did you have to go around for minutes trying to find a good place to snipe? When you could have just kept driving? It is not like your life was in immidiate danger here. If they wanted to kill you or initiate a gun fight, they would probably have said "Get out the car or you die" or something like that. In this case, they only told you to not get out of the car. In a pretty clumsy, threatening way, yes. But you did not have to kill them, did you? And the fact it takes you almost 3 minutes to fire the first shot at them.. 

In this case I would have liked to issue a warning to you, Jay, however I've warned you very recently to up your roleplay. And I know that if I was in your shoes, and an admin told me to "up my roleplay or be removed from the server" I would stay away from guns and gunfights for some time. It was not even a week ago I warned you very strongly to do something about your roleplay (http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/39662-jay-rdm/#comment-233473). And now this shows up. It is in a grey area, roleplaywise, and not really RDM, but very nearly. With the recent warning in mind, you really left me no choice but to ban you. Therefore:
