Please (in detail) describe the incident: Let's start with the basics I characterise this occurrence as a series of rule violations, beginning with power gaming. I see power gaming in this since the person on the other end of the phone decided I would be banned if I did not transfer the money I stole from a friend of his. This all started with an altercation with (44) following a robbery. It was common knowledge that (44) gave my phone number to the person I am reporting. I also believe he violated G2.3 for not staying in character and talking about bans. In roleplay, I'm sure you can't tell someone they'll be banned if they don't do something that suits them. I attempted to contact him through liaison but received no answer.
