Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were responding to a dispatch in sandy shores and on arrival Nagasso Smith gets into a car and attempts to drive off. A short pursuit happens and he crashes his car and then both him and his passenger combat log. We wait around and he eventually comes back when we get him in cuffs and take him back to sandy he is verbally abusive towards myself and other officers and starts to mock how Alex Finn speaks. Just seems like a troll over all and clearly not here to roleplay

Upon checking the reported I can see they are currently banned from the server, However based on the evidence provided and the report for combat logging, I will be issuing a permanent ban on Nagasso Smith for C1.2 & C2.3.
