I took a firearm of the guy as he used it to kill a cop bad mouthed me all the way, gave him a ticket he paid it i unrestrained him after 1 minute he came back with his friend and just killed me without initiation and while in the Blue Zone

I don't think there is a lot of discuss here. The video clearly shows that Natha upholstered his lethal firearm inside of a bluezone and used it to shoot you without any roleplay at all. Breaking not just the RDM rule but also rule 6.2.1 as he clearly attempted and succeeded in killing you.
