Please (in detail) describe the incident

NF did an HM. after they drove away from the HM we were following them with choppers etc. No initiation has been made yet. after 7 mins following them with choppers i landed my heli as an idiot and crashed it. Then i was repairing it because i'm losing fuel and 5 sec. later i got shot by Jaffar.
I am not try to resolve this situation, because they dont want to resolve with TCK. They allready told us that is side chat. They said im ready for comp but never getting into your channel. And btw its not the first situation with them.

It doesnt matter. You guys are pretty new here, and with a attitude like that, youre not gonna build up a positive reputation here. But at the end off the day i dont have to resolve with you lads, and with the things happend this week with your gang is it time to go straight ahead to the forums. Im not gonna reply anymore until staff ask me.

What are you on about? If one guy said something stupid that means the whole gang is like that? And if we do fck up we always compensate and leave at that. We're still learning.

Well first of all: i understand you try to protect your gang, but they are very toxic in side chat. You guys are probably comming from a different community and you think your gang knows all the rules here. But after reviewing this week, you guys clearly dont know all the rules. Indeed you guys are still learning and i accept that. But after a couple mistakes in a week and still being toxic in side chat towards us, is a reason im done with compensations and resolving with people. Its not about the money mate. Its the principle. In a week time ive only seen you guys doing shooty shooty things, if you wanna do that, thats all fine but then do it good and dont rdm me and come with a excuse: i was far away and thought your were a cop. If you not sure DONT SHOOT. You could clearly see i had a christmas jumper with a backpack.

Referring to the gang's attitude mentioned later in the report, including being "Toxic in side chat". As of today the gang leader of [NF] and a few members from the gang where spoken to directly about their behaviour and attitude in-game, ranging from their Quality of roleplay to how they resolve issues in teamspeak. After speaking to gang leader DMT he assured me that they will attempt to improve themselves to our community's standard.

Now returning to a conclusion for this report leaves me thinking of a few questions to ask here.

@Dantistas When opening fire on Jax why didn't you take the time to recognise his outfit as well as his fellow gang member's uniform, seeing that neither where wearing a police uniform. Understandably they where flying in a police skinned helicopter however you had approximately 15 seconds to confirm that these people where not police officers at all. Henceforth my confusion to why you didn't insure you indeed had a correct target to open fire on. As simple as it sounds If you are unsure DONT Shoot.

My conclusion is unfortunate however, our community is a learning curve and I hope you learn from this.
