Pulled up to store my hatchback when Luke Smith standing in the way , he asks something on the lines of have you got a tool kit and boom he was shot in the head and i get shot at by a hobo shortly after, there was 0 RP to this and as requested by the guy who was shot , report has been put on forums. I would also like to add when asked to come on TS , the civilian did not come online.
