Was roleplaying in Kavala GZ and out of nowhere this guy VDM's a few people, i chase him down shoot him with rubber bullets and place him in handcuffs although he combat log almost instantly

I wanted to try to resolve thigs even help him out understand the rules and stuff because he seemed to be quite new to the server although he combat logged and there was not really a way to contact him

It's pretty clear to me that this was a case of VDM and also what looks to be a combat log once you had him in restraints as he went quite, didn't try to role play with you and just disconnected. Judging by his attitude towards you whilst he was running away i think he was more than likely here to troll and cause issue's. Therefore i will be issuing a ban today for rules 2.1 (VDM)  and 2.5 (Combat log).
