Hi, 

I thought this was all sorted?  I spoke to Darryl and staff about this. I immediately notified staff about what happened. Ive been perm banned already anyway even tho the report is still open. Ive attached some pictures of dms w staff and darryl if it helps explain anything, and my pov as ik something would come of this. I just had to go out, i tried to avoid you lot so i parked at casino instead of mirror. Idk what else i was supposed to do, it was like 5:50 and i was picking someone up at 6. Dont get me wrong, ik why ur pissed. But i dont know what else i was supposed to do, so i dont think i should be banned for something i had no control of.

I couldnt put anything in ooc as i was out. Lmk if u got any questions, like i said it was just a shit situation where idk what else i couldve done as i was in a mad rush.

Hi @DeanoMajinoALT, thank you for making this report!!

It's pretty clear that this is a massive misunderstanding, as seen by @Don Berna's video attached he was in the process of disconnecting whilst being told to put his hands up thus had no control over engaging in the roleplay scenario. This appears to be some extremely unfortunate timing which was nobody's fault.

@Don BernaAs for the permanent ban you mentioned, this will be lifted with immediate effect and your unban appeal will be updated. 

This goes to show how useful recording game play can be!!
