We were robbing some dude, as we knew he had a pistol, one of which we needed. So we tell him to raise his hands above his head, and he complies. He then asks me how to put his hands up, even though this guy put his hands above his head perfectly fine in another situation we had with him a few days ago. When he takes his hands down to drop his items on the floor, he does an inhuman 180 degree spin, and kills me before i even realize whats happening.

The same guy has been in multiple situations with us, where he has refused to come to team speak, as we didn't have video. This shows he would only come to speak about an incident, if there was a threat to be banned. The reason he didn't come and speak to me is he didn't believe i had a video. Which i believe is cocky, rude, and as if he would only come to defend being banned, rather than to resolve an issue.

I rarely report players, yet i sincerely believe with this guys attitude towards the server, and the people on it, i felt as if i needed to do so.

First of all I hadn't been in a situation in the past were i have had my hands up, so that was a lie. This is due to the fact that we've been playing on the server for 3 days now and this was my first time being robbed...

Second it wasn't a inhuman 180 turn i pulled my pistol out moved to the left and turned around and shot you. You were just to slow.

For future reference, doing an 180-degree spin and immediately firing upon somebody like that is considered Fail RP. I appreciate this isn't mentioned in the rules, as are many situations, so I hope you take it as a learning experience perhaps.

Usually, I would deal with this type of matter with a simple warning, reminder of the rules and slap on the wrist. As you quite rightly pointed out, you are new to the server and I am keen to place emphasis on helping people rather than resorting to bans or other heavy handed action. However, when checking your page through our systems, the following chats immediately show up.

If your attitude is going to be this poor, then you may find yourself swiftly being given a boot. As such I will be actioning this report for fail RP, rather than the warning you may have received had you approached the situation more maturely.
