We attempt to hold up this man for his gear as we suspected him to be a member of a gang that frequently does the same thing. Upon me issuing compliance and knocking him down when he gets up he backpacks his weapon and attempts to run despite there being a obvious threat of multiple armed men. Upon me confronting him in TS he says "he was salty and tired" well i have heard a similar excuse from 2 of his other gang mates when it comes to not valuing their life and I am sick of it because they know that backpacking weapons means we cant take them.
DISCLAMAER - The key chain was to check this chaps name in the event we didn't kill him as he had already backpacked the gun (He never gets key chained as you see)
