We were at the weed processor, then some from their crew came up in a hatchback, we then went ahead and told them to get out the car, 3 of us standing there pointing big guns on the 2 guys in the car, i then choose to say "Get out of the car, you will get 5 seconds to get out or we will KOS, if you move the vehicle we will also KOS" they then choose to try and back off, so we killed them both as seen in the video.

Then out of F*cking nowhere, this guy named butler comes in with the rest of the OG clan (well atleast some of them) Then starts killing every single one of us, completely out of context of the roleplay situation, then the rest comes behind me and shoots me from behind.

I personally think that they broke Rule 4.7
"(4.7) Using out of game communications to encourage other players to log on and sway the result of an event or roleplay situation is forbidden. Similarly, joining the server using metagamed information is forbidden. (Punishment is a ban)"

Butler also confirmed in TS that they used Teamspeak to hand over information about them getting robbed and shot which is why butler came down shooting every single one of us, and as the META-Gaming rules say, no out of game communication services are allowed, he also confirmed that they did not give info trough the games Group chat.

In your video, why did you say "Nice RDM there mate" in game?

Didn't quite hear in the video where you said " Get out of the car, you will get 5 seconds to get out or we will KOS, if you move the vehicle we will also KOS "  so maybe in future check what you say before quoting it in your report?

You didn't threaten to shoot their tyres, you just said "get out" and sprayed their tyres without threat, therefore RDM.
You then gave them a countdown, which is specified in the rules as poor RP, and you didn't even give them full time to comply? Do you consider 2 seconds to comply as "sufficient time?"
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

How did they encourage me to log on, or use metagamed information? I had been in the server for 3 hours prior to this..

You might like to know I was in a helicopter flying over to you when I saw you literally shoot my friends, so yes, I landed and I shot you because you flat out shot them? They said through our gang radio frequency "They're threatening us" and then they no longer responded to our radio calls, our sniper on the hill (who had been watching you for 5 minutes prior to this) saw our friends dead on the ground. So I shot you... where's the problem?

I mean where do I even begin here....

Giving countdowns, expressively forbidden in the RDM rule, breaking roleplay and pretty poor RP. You tell him to get out, then open fire on his vehicle, then give him a countdown (Which you don't even finish!). No attempt to roleplay here.

You've just killed the guy and his friends, of course they're going to shoot back at that point.

Action taken against the reporter.
