Please (in detail) describe the incident
We responded to a hostage taking at Lakka fuel. The hostage takers moved to the front of the building so we took the chance to spring the arrest on them while the hostage wasn't at as much of a risk. We used non-lethal force and after PC Hero restrained Oliver (as shown in chat) he used restraint glitching to shoot me while he was lying down restrained.
The players in question asked me to come to teamspeak because of questions regarding my actions (you hear one of them shout "you can't do that!") and during this I told him that I believed he had restraint glitched which he disagreed with. Upon finishing the resolution of his claims against myself, he quit teamspeak and did not return which stopped me from fully resolving this restraint glitch issue. I did however adequately attempt to and we did not reach an agreement.
EDIT: Sorry for slightly grainy footage but I haven't got my rendering settings right yet. The chat is still visible at the start and end of the video to prove the restraint / killing
