Earlier today i was the unfortunate participant in one of the single worst experience's ive had within this server in over 4 years. While i was out thinking i would do smth useful instead of lingering aimlessly i set out to sell some high grade out of hotzone on dutch where i seen minimal feds and after getting numerous failed sells and a lack of locals i thought to move location and to grab some smoothies as i had no food. Once in the shop i buy my smoothies and deposit the change when i leave i realise that i was now boxed in by police and the only words i get is "youre detained youre detained" just the most robotic interaction ever. After hearing this and noticing that one was wearing the rpu vest i though id give them a chase so that we all can have some fun. I was then tackled off and thought ok so no chance of an avenue of a chase so thought then to try speaking my way out of it and actually have a conversation where i was then greeted with more robotic responses and thought that there is no way of that happening. Its at this point i think that avenue is instantly closed so with literally zero other dynamic rp routes i can go i start to walk away where i notice the officer say smth like "here we go" and pull his taser and another one going for another tackle so i then realise that with literally every other avenue of rp shut down that i would then return the attitude towards me with pulling my gun and shooting where i downed 1 and another got taken down due to friendly fire. Overall this situation had literally no avenue that i could explore they shut down all the rp that could have been possible by repeating the same phrases and just making the entire situation void of all enjoyment. Another thing to note is the attitude in ooc after my asking towards qe. While on the topic of that QE i was attempting to say my thoughts on the situation where i was greeted with extremly rude attitude and a dismissive nature towards any wrongdoings on his end even when i said "i then pulled my gun and killed 2 of you" his response was "i killed one so dont let your ego get to big" that statement alone speaks to the attitude towards how he operates in rp but if that wasnt enough he also then went on to talk about how there should be no gangs and just solo criminals thus suggesting that this treatment towards people within the gang scene like myself with his ooc thoughts in mind. It is also worth mentioning that after i had been downed and having med rp he then continued by being mouthy and egotistical towards grove leading to grove also shooting at him which makes the 2nd time in 10 mins that his attitude towards people has led to shootings.

With all this being said i believe minimal to no rp was provided and all avenues of anything enjoyable being instantly shut down.

The video shows all there is to see. Getting on the bike after being warned leaves us few options but to tackle, hence you shut it down. Although we often allow it, you're not entitled to a pursuit every time. There was RP to be had if you had tried to run etc. No one was going to tase you. We also need to take precautions based on how violent the city is, hence the harsh tone, that's policing in my view.

Nothing to add beyond that.

Ill also reply since i was apart of the situation and later the QE.

The situation startet off with us going to check out the reports we had, i saw you (you can see my car before you drive to grove) and then you proceeded to dip. I called it out as i saw and allready thought you were trying to make off from us. I gave out a description and Oliver found you at the gas station where he said you were depositing money. Since from our point of view you had allready made off as soon as you saw us we decided to go in to get control of you quicker, we are not there to assertain facts about the situation as we have allready got a picture but more get control of you. I made an attempt to do this without having you in cuffs at first, but you ignored by command to stop and decided to just continue to the bike at which point we have to respond to that which you are doing. After that the video shows the rest.

As for the avenues of roleplay there were plenty:
You could've stopped and talked - Moved on from there, wasnt on the table as much after we had to tackle you
You could've tried to run off on foot and made moves from there, would've been alot easier aswell after i fucked up the tackle
You could've barricaded yourself inside the building
You could've jumped on a car and done something interesting
There is allways a avenue of roleplay if you are creative enough

Instead you decided to remain anoyed at us not allowing a pursuit, lingered around and then pulled out a gun and shot us, which could've been avoided entirely.

One thing id also like to mention is that you didnt even try to have a conversation or any interaction PRIOR to being tackled off the bike, what roleplay would come out of you running away on the bike, pursuit comms and some report writing later if we catch you?

And moving onto the QE:
You have in my eyes miss represented the conversation, so ill give it a quick run through as i was present for the entire conversation between west and oliver and present for a while after they both left:

Following the incident pictured in the video he called Oliver to QE. While we were on scene another incident occured where we all were shot, a different officer asked those individuals to QE. Oliver or myself had no intention of partaking in incident number two while West insited on everyone resolving their issues there at the same time. Oliver had a strong tone towards West likely due to being irritated by the complexity of what would be a easier conversation and gave West multiple opportunities to talk to him in private regarding the situation he was initially summoned to but in the end decided to be offended with Olivers tone, which was mostly directed not to West but to others as they were discussing server meta and trying to solve all the issues plaguing gangs and police interactions instead of the incidents themselves

With all due respect you are not the reported party therefore i personally will not be responding further to any comments made from yourself if staff decide to heed what you have said thats to their discretion but i for 1 will not be responding to a message that has "he decided to be offended by it" from someone who hasn't been reported so with the greatest respect i will not be responding to either of you further and shall wait for the staff decision/questions.

This has been discussed within the staff team and we have came to the agreement that this was honestly quite poor from both ends lads, although more falling on the Police.

There was absolutely no attempt from the Police to create any kind of fun or interesting situation during this interaction, it went straight to attempting to handcuff him with basically no communication really at all. As you can see in his clip, he was already in the process of getting onto the bike when you made the command not to then tackled him..

West for yourself, even though you were tackled there was no heightened aggression from the Police here other than the attempted tackle - you are one of the most vocal recent claiming the Police need to improve at anything and everything including facilitating chases, however you had the prime chance here to start a foot chase, try steal a car, call anyone for some help or try literally anything but resorted straight to shooting.

Overall, the members of the staff team that had input on this all collectively agreed that both of you need to be doing better and making more of an effort from your respective sides here lads - I have checked and neither of you have been game banned for quite a while and don't see any recent concerning notes about the quality of your RP, so I'll put it down to a warning for both of you instead of issuing bans, but please do make a bit more effort to extend situations and make them more interesting lads.
