Basically him and his friend were insulting me at the garage (in character though) and then I pulled my gun out and told them to stop chatting shit and told them both to put their hands up and I robbed them both only one guy had money he had, and then we were running up the road and I was saying that I was reporting him to the police and then Oscar got in an offroad and started to vdm me as you can see in the video. After he was vdming me I chased him around for a bit then eventually killed him because he would not stop with the VDMing, he then respawned and broke NLR about 1 minute later and came back to the garage in agios and I told him in // that he was breaking the rules and I wanted him to come to teamspeak but he ran off and ignored me.
