Please (in detail) describe the incident

Initiated on two guys at the clam-processor, told them to put up their hands so I could go over to further roleplay, they refused to comply to this. I asked a gangmember if I should shoot them after they refused to comply, he advised me against this since we were only there to roleplay with them (if we had wanted to rob/kill them straight up we would not have bothered to go by the clam-processor but would've gone to the dealer in the red-zone rightaway). After warning them several times Apollo combat-logged directly in front of me, while Paul made a run for it only to combat-log after leaving the building (visible in side-chat in the last few seconds of the video).

Hello @Odin_ After reviewing your player report, I have come to a conclusion. What I can see is that Paul Pogsby and Apollo Odd clearly combat log in this video, and therefore this player report will be actioned and they will be banned. As for you Odin, always keep in mind to hot mic what you say on your radio ingame when you are in front of people. Obviously don't do this when you asked something that could break RP or like in the video when you are unsure if you are allowed to kill or not it is fine.
