Hi again!
Firstly lets debunk your argument of Perry laying in a “ [Spot] really hard to see”
In your footage you downed Perry and left him to the right of the podium (From the perspective of the window side) in your first clip at 2:13 and he can still be seen at the end of your footage from outside the parking lot at 2:58.
There are two variables important here. First and most important being the giant
MAIN window, second being the floor pattern and the effect it has on the human brain's pattern recognition.
Perry in his incapacitated state has been left wide open on the right side of the podium. Now driving past the dealership, in the correct lane, going towards legion at night time still renders the light from inside the dealership. This allows traffic to easily observe the inside of the dealership as per my attached picture testing this after the events had occurred.
I understand you may still have doubts of my perception and ability to identify a person being on the floor inside the dealership. The floor pattern inside is almost like a chessboard with black and white tiles. Humans are very effective at noticing patterns, you see these types of things daily, however you do not pay attention to it, but it is always there looking. However in this instance Perry’s body breaks the floor pattern. This is called an irregularity which calls for a “hey this is weird” and we subconsciously make a notice of it. This is what led me to shout out to stop and to turn around as i have stated in my first response.
Lastly, let's debunk the supposed lie you have stated from Timmy’s observation of “[us] coming from legion” as well as my reasoning for referencing our speed.
As previously stated we traveled from the clothing store near Vespucci PDM for the next clue, i was a passenger with no control of the route and merely going along for the vibes that evening.
A Drauger is roughly capable of driving around
120 mph, i believe by standards of Los Santos Road Police Unit that would be considered traveling at significant speed. The reason why i mentioned the speed is because after i had yelled stop there is an account for
the reaction time for the driver as well as the
braking distance. We traveled almost all the way towards the
Ammu-Nation store before we managed to turn around and head towards the
dealership. As such from your perspective in the second footage it would appear we came from
legion because of our
stopping distance, as well as
you Corinter not ordering anyone to stay behind to lookout in case anybody turned up.
Now i am getting tired of entertaining this witch hunt initiated on a baseless accusation. You have shown no real consistent evidence. The report has clearly derailed from the original situation being reported, but as we have come to this side track shall we put you on the spotlight?.
You have previously been part of a few whitelisted groups such as
Coalition and
S18 to name a few. Sure you might not be currently part of a whitelisted group, i would however argue that holds you to a specific RP standard due to your
veterancy, additionally i would also argue you are by
technicality a community leader due to ownership of a business as per G1.7.
Firstly, with these facts in mind i am questioning what prior RP warranted such a response to set up a fake sale in order to kidnap Perry?. You are seen as per your own footage to carry an Assault SMG, i would argue somewhat heavy equipment for a kidnapping no?. Surely there must be a good underlying cause for this attempt.
Secondly, this question is more of a hypothetical question but if you had succeeded in kidnapping Perry WITHOUT him being incapacitated what were your
storyline going for?. What would the result have been?.
Lastly, let’s discuss the execution of the kidnapping itself and potential
ganking/griefing as per G5.6. I want to make it clear there is nothing wrong with bringing new players along on these types of events, also to state that not everything can go according to plan, as you have surely experienced in your time on this server. This is not a negative thing. In reality it is a good thing as it gives opportunity for players to improvise instead of things running like it is part of a script.
Now through observation in your clip you are running a crew total of four people, yourself packing heavy equipment, a guy known as Timmy 2 through your contacts serving as the fake customer, an unknown getaway driver in the blue jugular as well as an unknown gunman attempting to serve as main talker and kidnapper.
I would argue the attempted kidnapping is made with people new to the server because of the lack of coordination and awareness of this server's game mechanic. Mainly
emphasize on the unknown gunman’s behavior. As per your first footage you are heard explaining in great details on how the kidnapping is supposed to go down at 0:32, as well as X and Ys depending on Perry’s reaction to weapons being drawn, the gunman is seen slowly entering the dealership at 1:13 whilst yourself is seen storming into it at 1:07, i believe this to be the result of the person not knowing how to unbuckle a seatbelt in
combination being stressed due to the circumstances of the attempted kidnapping. The gunman is also unaware of what to do, thus you are seen giving him orders but yet he seems unaware of what exactly to say and goes for the script you told him prior in regards to X and Ys. The gunman is seemingly also unaware of the voice level seen in your footage at 1:30 as stated by the fake customer.
As such i believe the gunman is a new person you have enlisted in this kidnapping, you have armed him with a pistol to get numbers for this attempted kidnapping. Thus i find you to be in potential breach of G5.6 due to setting the person up with a bad start on the server.
With that said, I am eagerly awaiting your response to my enquires!
