basically we landed atrebel outpost, as we where landing they where leaving, i run to the shop , at witch point i receive a bullet to the back of the head as does nick fury, this was from phillgood, then malcom x kills genisis , at no point was there any communication between us and them, i allso would like to point out this was a last resort , i repeatedly tryed to get them to come to team speak , to witch they replied by mocking me and telling me it was a ''KOS zone'', would like to add that they said they shouted get out or be shot but they clearly didnt, by the fact of how fast they got to my body after they shot me , they were clearly within audio range and you clearly dont hear a sound

In my defence, my microphone was not working, that is completly my bad, but still it is a kos area, it was captured by us, and yes we did scream get down,  and the guy that i killed ran away, so why couldnt i shoot him - malcom X

 
You had at least 3 friends with you, where all their mics broken too? Allso, genisis was killed instantly after me, in the same sidechat panel in fact, so "he ran away " is not a valid point as he didn't have a chance, and finally , there is no ''kos" area on this server what's so ever, on the slim chance this report is rejected I would highly recommend that you and your friends go and read the rules properly, allso when someone asks to talk to you on team speak politely, to respond with quotes such as "no stop crying" or "we where just better than you deal with it" are completely uncalled for and quite frankly not what this community is about my friend

It's not a KOS area red zones were completely removed. There has been some confusion since the new map update. There is no longer any type of kill on sight zone, you must initate now in some form.

I am posting this because the map update was fairly new and is a work in progress. I suggest you try and get with adster to resolve it before I render a judgment tomorrow night.

 
I'm not the kind of guy who likes to report players (think this is my second or third time I have done so since I have joined the server) so I am more than happy to chat on team speak tomorrow and come to a resolution , malcom and phil good, if you agree then just send me a message
