Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was on patrol with Scott S and David Jackson. The recording was filmed by Scott S and I was the only man to survive and restrain both fellas. We were responding to a Paros fuel robbery. On scene we saw the man running from the store with his MXM to a humming bird that was ready and spooled up. When the heli saw us he took off leaving the guy on the ground, we followed the guy with the gun and tasered him as he was warned to stop but didn't. We restrained the fella and made our way over to HMP Altis, we told other units that we needed assistance as the heli was headed in the same direction, we went to stop but then we were fired apon without and initiation and the two PSCO's (Scott & David) were downed but me (PC Niall) managed to rubber and restrain the two fellas. Shortly after we called them to Liason but both never turned up.
