Please (in detail) describe the incident
Just logged on and was headed towards Kavala in the first video, on the way I spotted a hobo at devils bend as he seemed to need help so I stopped to see what I could do, although I was curious of why he was there so that is why I initially pulled my AK out. Anyway after a few seconds Summer decides to start initiating without a gun on me by saying "Sir put your hands up now right now" a couple times then he proceeds to start counting initiating just before I started getting shot by Lt. Higgins. ONLY once I started receiving shots did I decide to kill Summer which I feel is fair game, considering they seem the have this all planned out just pretty much baiting me. In the second video you can see the OOC chat and near the end Lt. Higgins was breaking role play saying "Comp or ban" while being downed.
I tried my best to request them to team speak to sort this problem out, but by what they were saying in OOC they clearly thought what they are doing is okay.
