Please (in detail) describe the incident
Simmons began walking around the green zone of Kavala with his gun out, proceeding to ask people if he could shoot them in the face and didn't holster his weapon regardless of warnings about the "government green zone". He then picked the locks of a police vehicle (which my screen last sighted within the green zone) and began driving around the green zone with the sirens on, running people over and in my case, at one point, actually dealing damage. Following this he proceeds to explain that he is "going to sleep" and logs out of the server with a hand full of people watching.
