Please (in detail) describe the incident
So we went to LSD Kitchen to process our frog legs into LSD. We found a player in the actual kitchen making LSD, we told him to put his weapon down and put his hands up and he ran. so we shot him and he messaged me by mobile in-game saying
"Why did you RDM me?" so after about 10 minutes of messaging me i said
"// it wasn't rdm"
and he said
"I didn't hear anything what you said. i ran because i saw 3 trucks. and you came and killed me for no reason. i was no threat. if you dont come on ts i'll report you"
And then he said
"if you dont give me my truck and 100k i will report you. i have everything on recording. and i dont hear you say "put down ur gun""
