Please (in detail) describe the incident
We were on a NCA patrol heading to weed processor as we got a darter watching that area and we saw someone pull up at that location, so we headed to that area and as we arrived we saw a truck and a zamak so we went to check in the weed processor and no one was in it and at this point i thought someone might come behind me so i pulled my gun out and their was a guy with a pistol and without saying anything he shot me and lucky i did kill him before he killed me and later on while talking to him he called us the R word which wasnt very professional of him at all.
I asked him to come to the police liaison room but he never came to it.
