Please (in detail) describe the incident
Dispatch came with NHS member asking for help as he has rebel with weapon onboard with and he asked what he should do with him, I replied with and told to land it in Agios PD. I asked few of officers around me to help me with this guys as I noticed a MK18 on his back while in orca. One of the officers helped me pull him out of the vehicle, I think he tried to forcefully kill himself to prevent arrest and try and respawn before NHS could revive him. As soon as NHS asked me do I want to get him in cuffs i replied with yes and tried to initiate and tell him that if he will pull a weapon or face it towards me he will get tased or even lethal bullet will be used (Never got a chance to initiate) rebel turned around and with no initiations just sprayed me down as well as he tried to face other officers which were by the wall and kill them but they tased him. As soon as he was tased he combat logged as well. I've tried to speak with him in Liaison but he replied that he doesn't care anymore and went off to try and get himself banned through staff on TS.
