Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was messing around with some civilians when there were very few cops on, when Rat is spotted up on a hill overlooking the agios PD. He then moves down the hill, getting his car and drives up to the side of the gate by the PD and RDM's two civs, then gets taken out. At no point was anything said, apparently according to some of of the civs present (Drex and some others) this was not the first time. After the recording he then 'looses connection' and disconnects. Also not a first apparently. At no point was any initiation made and this was obviously premeditated, therefor I did not attempt to resolve. [RDM starts at 4:10 in video]
