Please (in detail) describe the incident: First of all, sadly there's no voice from myself due to my OBS fucking up, however I don't believe its relevant with the driving seen in the footage.

I first interacted with Ray upon noticing he was driving without a licence, and instructed him to pull over which he then didn't. He made off, failed to stop etc. Was getting ready for a chase and the RP when Ray goes flying up a mountain, going extremely high in the air, and continues up even more mountains. IMO, its not just dangerous driving from a criminal trying to evade police, its fail driving and just taking the piss. IMO, not realistic at all and as just stated, is a breach of fail driving.

I didn't pull Ray for a chat over it, had other things to afterwards.
