i logged on to the server when a man arrived who just did a citisens arrest on Rei5z Adem for attampting to steal a vehicle the rp started and i un restrained him so he could pass me the lock picks using rp he told me he gave them and than combat logged to the lobby after that he reconnected.

i tryed finding this man on ts but i couldnt find him therefore this report is made (i did attempt to talk to him)
