I decided to show up to a fuelstation robbery, where I simply landed my heli, and went up to have some roleplay with the people that was there,
We spoke for a bit, Someone knew who i was. We spoke about it, had a laugh, etc.
Then I see the person behind him pull a gun out, and i see in third person that there is a gun to the back of my head, and i hear "HANDS UP HANDS UP!, I panic a bit and put my rangefinders down, and went backwards acting surprised, where Ritzy proceeded to shoot me, then vastly left the scene.

This individual had several chances to show up to my liason, but unfortunately he never did.

I'd like to add, , I don't believe the time is entierly correct. I removed the original recording, and all that is left is the recording down below, which was uploaded a while after the incident.

Alright throughout both the videos I see clear cut RDM. 

There was no previous roleplay, he just stood there and watched Perspective and Mede talk, then all of the sudden another guy peeks behind and tells you "Hands up, Hands up!" 

I mean that's even worse than "Hands up or die" and even that's strictly forbidden on our server. 
 

I mean Ritzy you have spent quite some time on our server: 94:30:59 to be exact. 

So why do you think it is acceptable to just say "Hands up, hands up" and then shoot? 

Simply put, if that's how you roleplay on this server, and you have been on this server for quite some time so I am sure this isn't the first time why should we keep you unbanned?

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Either way I will action this report with a ban and Ritzy can learn from his lesson by reading the rules and making his unban appeal.
