Please (in detail) describe the incident:
Mara were actively out on the rob, and we decided to drive past Grove turf, as we drove by we noticed an empty Niobe and decided to park up at Megamall to see if anyone would come out of the gang house. Shortly after, we saw an Ronnie leaving the ganghouse blacked out.
We approached Ronnie, and 6 of us got out of our cars and handsed him at the bottom of the stairs at his gang house.

Ronnies NVL
At 0:09, in the clip you can clearly see 6 mara exiting the vehicles with weapons drawn, aiming directly at Ronnie and issuing commands to put his hands up.
Despite multiple armed individuals surrounding him, Ronnie refused to comply until 0:25, continuing to walk closer to the gang house.
Even while being held at gunpoint, he opened the gang house door, showing a complete disregard for his life and the active threat. Clearly showing NVL and it appears he was intentionally delaying in hopes of receiving backup rather than valuing his life.
At 03:01, after being repeatedly told to stop walking, Ronnie again ignored commands and continued moving away, saying “it’s not my problem bro.” This further shows a lack of RP effort and refusal to engage properly in the scenario, and again NVL.

Poor roleplay - Grove
Following this, Grove’s overall RP throughout the night was very poor.
Dave got up from dodgey, He dropped his SMG and ammo, attempting to initiate RP and provide some form of interaction. Instead, he was immediately shot in the head and his body was dumped again, with no RP whatsoever.
This shows a lack of effort or intent to engage in meaningful RP.

Metagaming
After we robbed Ronnie, we all decided to head up to Sandy to pillbox one of our boys that got ed to a hacker. On the way up and around Sandy we did not see any Grove vehicles following us or any sign that we had been spotted. However, Grove somehow arrived at the exact location we were at, at the same time.
We questioned Grove about this in QE and they said 'you had been spotted in Sandy, we have a groupie message, we have proof'. I asked for this proof several times in QE however none of this evidence was given to support this. Additionally, Ronnie never spoke once during the entire car ride to Sandy, which raised further suspicion of metagaming.

NLR - Eduard
Eduard was killed by Jenson during the Sandy situation. However, in a later clip (where Dave is shot again after dodgey), Eduard is seen back at the same situation - Clear NLR.

QE
We did ask Grove to come to QE after the sit, due to the above reasons. When Ronnie was confronted about the NVL, his response was “Well, you got the gun didn’t you?” This comment clearly demonstrates a loot-focused mentality rather than a roleplay-driven one. It shows a lack of understanding or care for proper RP standards.
Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the outcome of the QE, and for that reason, we are submitting this formal report.

Hello Jenson, I'm sorry to see that it has come to a report but here we are, I'll be responding on everyone's behalf as this is a report on the whole of Grove and it's easier for one person to reply rather than 15.

So I'll explain Ronnie's side first, the reason he doesn't believe that this is NVL is that he knew he had a few of the gang inside hence why he was stalling for so long and was trying to nudge closer and closer to the door, he didn't try to fight he just tried to get somewhere safe while still following demands albeit slowly but still following demands none the less.

On the behalf of the poor roleplay from Grove to do with the execution, this was Eduard's first time doing an execution and this style of roleplay and something he is actively learning and putting effort into with every interaction, he still attempted to make it enjoyable and light hearted which is his style of roleplay this is something he is still expanding on.

Eduard believes he didn't break NLR since the first situation had ended and concluded also due to dodgy being a second situation, this was checked with staff, he also waited till the 15 minutes had passed before heading to the location of the execution.

Onto the metagaming, there was no metagaming involved as was mentioned in QE we had people in every section of the city actively looking for two black sultans, One was spotted in Sandy heading towards pill then the second was found at the fuel station as we were headed to the first, after it was called out on the radio everyone got there as fast as they could hence why some people showed up a little later than others due to looking in different areas.

Also since we're on the point of metagaming as I was looking through the clips and I seen this one which the link was delete then edited out of the report, I assume the reason you had got rid of the hop on section of the report was due to this clip: https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/lohQ7fhJazvh2rZwx?invite=cr-MSwxRlgsNTU0MjEyMzY This isn't the first time I've mentioned this to a Mara member but streaming RPUK in discord can be classed as metagaming especially that of a serious situation as being taken to dodgy especially when you're telling each other to bleed out in discord and trying to influence the direction of roleplay, you can hear this when you tell someone to message Jay to bleed out and also viewing a stream to see the bleed out times.

Hello Jenson,

Hope your well, it’s disappointing seeing this report as we had a good QE with some of your other members last night who we managed to reason with. This leads me onto my first point which is your attitude in QE, were you had to be told 2 times by a staff member to calm down multiple times, we are all adults here and I expect to have a adult conversation about the situation but as we are talking to your other members you join the call shouting and just being rude and in all honesty just throwing your toys out the pram.

Now I would like to move onto my second points which is the NVL claim, as you seen by laytons reply my character knew he had backup inside so felt more safe to move back towards safe house while also following with your demands

Third point I want to bring up is when you say you first pulled and got out the car with 6 guns drawn, my character managed to get halfway up the stairs before you yourself had even drawn your gun, and may I also point out, you mentioned the low quality roleplay from me which I totally understand and apologise for but as you may understand it was 12:30 and I had been roleplaying all day and was just getting ready to go to bed as I had work at 6am so I’m sure you can understand why I didn’t want to interact much but with the levels of toxicity that’s gone on this whole beef/war my character simply didn’t want to react to your comments, Now for my main point on the Low Quality Roleplay (G2.12)

“You must provide quality roleplay at all times taking into account every players direct and indirect experience. The following list of examples include but are not limited to; "Hands Hands Hands" and "Hands up or die" as a first interaction with a player are not acceptable standards of roleplay“

As you can see from the clip at the start as soon as you exit the car you put on a voice which I could not understand and watching back you get straight out the car and say “don’t go up there put your hands up right now” and this is without no interaction beforehand.

I also noticed in another clip when my members come out the gang house one of the first things you say is “this is gonna be a shootout, we’re gonna have to pop him.” Do your really think from your end that is high quality role play from yourself?

Now I would like to comment on the clip of me walking away from you when someone is trying to escort me and cannot, I noticed in the clip it looks like I’m not in zipties when in my eyes I was, this was a “spider” issue so maybe if you could have communicated and say I had a spider or even put in LOOC I would of helped you with that but instead you went out of character and starting going “what the fuck are you doing” etc and you also say that it is NVL, I was already in zipties and there was simply nothing I could do and I only had a gun pointed at me from behind so in my characters eyes he could not see any gun pointed at him so how on earth is that NVL.

And again I would like reiterate the clip that was further deleted of the meta gaming in a discord call telling other players to bleed out which effects the roleplay from out point of few, at the end of the day both parties got caught with their pants down and I’m not being funny this just feel like a report because you simply not happy that you lost the situation.

I will not comment no more and will let staff decide on the outcome

I'd just like to make it clear that you're allowed to stream in discord/twitch as long as it doesn't change the course of roleplay.Jay was already doing the /me's at this point when I chose to unmute and speak in discord - which okay, was my fault. The comment 'message jay to bleed out' was a joke on my end and wasn't a serious comment. But from what I said anyways Jay wasn't even in the discord at the time, no one messaged Jay and Jay was just carrying on with roleplay as he was doing already.

I'd also like to mention again regarding the metagaming, the reason you found our location was apparently due to either 'spotting us/following us/groupie message' - we have asked for this proof several times, in this report as well as in QE, this still hasn't been provided. Please can we have this proof of you spotting us/groupie message which you said you had proof of in the QE that we had please, so we can clear the metagaming accusation.

Ronnie, I believe from the clips you can see it was clear NVL, the argument of the 'hands up or die' is irrelevant, you were refusing to give us any RP by walking off, trying your luck and again, unlocking the ganghouse when we were trying to hands you and several members of marabunta tried to hands you over and over. We had further RP involved, not just a rob and leave you standing there, which you didn't get to experience due to you failing to comply several times. You also argue that you were halfway up the stairs before handsing you, however we were trying to hands you from 0:09 seconds onwards, and you continued to fail to comply, and move further up the stairs AND unlock the ganghouse whilst being hansed. You neglecting RP with Marabunta is becoming a pattern, regarding the previous wars/beefs between mara/grove you should still be trying to give the best RP possible. You argue that your RP was poor due to you being tired and going to bed, if that's the case and that may impact the way you react in RP situations, then you shouldn't be flying in. That's not our problem.
Id also like to pick out in Ronnie's reply that the two things that are said when the two grove appear out of the safehouse, with that being “this is gonna be a shootout and we’re gonna have to pop him, that you believe is poor rp but considering our previous sits etc. it was expected to be a shootout considering were all gang members and that grove decided to walk away and not save their boy from being saved was a shock to us Mara.

Harry, we have not mentioned the hop ons/accusing you on this in this report, as this was cleared up in the QE, we were just using the video as evidence of Dave being dodgeyed and then shot after, thank you for replying though

In this clip you can clearly here the comms from all members that was covering a very large area of sandy after looking in the city we where all moving together to not just stay in range but to have a quick response if there was a situation to arise.

Hello Fellow E-gangsters,

Regarding my name in this report being dragged up regarding meta gaming claims, I wasn't in the marabunta discord hence why Jenson said to message me. I was in another discord call deafened up at the time of the situation (PSK) If staff follow the logs of my /Me's they will see very clearly this was the avenue of roleplay I was giving out to grove street after one of them checked Jay's pulse close to the shop in the middle of sandy shore's around 8 minutes before the clip that Leyton provided.
I cant remember word for word but it was a long the lines of-

/me No pulse (after he checked my pulse)
/me GSW to forehead
/medical Bullet through and through
then finally at the dodgy I bled out following the medical RP of the grove member that was attempting to resuscitate Jay Fell where my final /me was Empties lungs of air and see's the light (or something along those lines sure staff can see).

I didn't clip anything as Medal and battlefield 6 don't work well together so I've been closing medal to help with latency and FPS issues but staff will have the logs of my /Me's way before this happened at dodgy doctor

No OOC information was used to influence my roleplay as id already been going ahead with my character dying following the situation I never attended the QE as when I checked the RPUK discord there was 13 in Queen Elizabeth and 7-8 people in Churchill with it being late I thought I would leave it for the night and carry on with my BF6 session plus I had no idea of the following claims against marabunta of metagaming like I said I wasn't in the discord call with them.
