Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was roleplaying with Eval Betty and Eagle and my friend Law who got shot. Eval Betty stole my car and drove off and then back, myself and Eagle jumped in and I locked the car. Eventually I got out the car again and locked it and was going to release them for a small fee. Out of nowhere Ryan Monaghan opens fire and kills me without any form of roleplay whatsoever. I do not believe he was working with anyone involved in the RP at the time.

I asked him multiple times to come on TS and he gave the excuse that he can't connect to any TS server ever.
