Despite the VDM, why are you lot deliberately standing in the middle of the road trying to get this guy to VDM you?  You're reporting this guy for breaking a rule yet you seem to have zero value for your lives by doing this.  Doing fail RP in order to get evidence of a rule breaker is still fail RP!

Also, what's the comment "I'm going to kill him, I love killing people so that's what I'm going to do now." all about?

Have you all forgotten this is an RP server?

Okay, i will extend a bit on @SI LONG BEARD's comment. Cuz i am really confused by this report cuz you all seem to be clueless off the rules??

Both Mika and God who broke several rules themselves in this video have already been banned for a seperate incident.  

With that being said, action will be taken on S A L T F A C E for VDM, continuously attempting to run people over intentionally, turning around and trying to hit them again several times. While standing in the middle of the road is stupid it does not justify repeatedly running someone over intentionally. 

Action Taken on S A L T F A C E for (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).
